Once a request is submitted, Tutors Squared will contact you through email to confirm the time/date of the session, and to assign the prospective student an available tutor. Upon the approval of your request, Tutors Squared will ask for images of practice problems/worksheets/test material the student would like to work on during the session. 

Payment will be collected through Paypal once the session is confirmed, and the session will be through Google Meets.

*For first time customers, a 30 minute introductory lesson (free of charge) is available in order to get a feel for the tutor and to allow the tutor to get to know the child.  If a 1 hour session was booked as a first booking, the first 30 minutes will be free of charge as the introduction lesson. 

Bookings will only be accepted between 4 to 14 days before the session.  We must be notified at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations, or a refund will not be available.
